Part 2:  Mentoring and Q&A Calls

The second part of the Commercial Blueprint program are recordings of my LIVE Mentoring and Q&A calls.

These calls are specifically focused on how to FIND the right deals.

We discuss marketing and referral strategies for generating motivated sellers of multi-family apartments.

We also go over conversations with sellers—discussing what to say, how to say it, and how to approach sellers.

We even talk about how to “posture up” and position yourself as a REAL buyer.

    • How I find off-market deals directly from sellers, and negotiate without using brokers (doing this helps me lock in a lower price and avoid competition)
